Food Donations

We cook our meals fresh each day in a commercial kitchen. We are always willing to discuss ways you or your company can donate food supplies to us, as those types of donations help us keep our meal cost as low as possible. Do you have a catering business that ends up with large amounts of leftovers after events? Or perhaps a bakery with product at the end of the day? We also can accept large amounts of fresh produce, frozen meat, and other items provided they meet the Board of Health criteria for food we can accept and that it is not expired.

Office Supplies

We have a small staff, but we do a lot of big work! We are always in need of general office supplies like copier paper, ink pens, mailing labels (contact us or Thiemann's Office Products for the kind we use), highlighters, staples, etc. You may wish to call before you donate these items to make sure what kinds we use.

Prizes & Gift Baskets

We normally do several events and fundraisers each year and are always looking for prizes from our local community. If you would like to donate a prize, a gift certificate, or perhaps a gift basket to be used as as prize at one of our events, please be in touch.

Money isn't the only thing an organization like ours needs. We rely on MANY volunteers every day to make things happen. We utilize community members in many ways, and we have many opportunities for you to get involved with us. We have volunteer opportunities for both individuals and groups or businesses.

Delivery Drivers, Phone Callers, Street Team

We run 10 delivery routes a day, Monday through Friday, and need a driver for every route. Deliveries take about an hour to an hour and a half. We deliver hot and cold meals as well as provide a well-being check while we are there. In addition to the drivers that volunteer for us, we also use volunteers to make phone calls to our clients through our Caring Connections program. Our Street Team volunteers help with a variety of things like sharing on social media and spreading the word about our events. if you are interested in any of our volunteer opportunities you can read more and apply here.

Highly- Skilled Professionals

If you have a professional skill that you think would benefit our organization, we would love to talk! We would like to partner with some professional photographers, videographers, grant writers, nutritionists, or other skilled professionals. If you have construction or remodeling skills, we may soon have a need for you, too!
