Help support the Terre Haute Area Meals on Wheels program this Fall by participating in the very tasty Azzip Pizza Pot of Dough Fundraiser!

Fundraiser Details:

• The Azzip Pizza Pot of Dough Fundraiser runs from September 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020
• The Terre Haute Area Meals on Wheels program will get a donation from Azzip Pizza based on every purchase that scans our code at check-out.
• We have a chance to win $10,000!
• Azzip Pizza in Terre Haute is located at 4432 S US Highway 41.

How do I participate?

• If ordering in-store, have your Azzip team member scan your code for MOWTH before completing your purchase.
• If ordering online, use the MOWTH promo code to designate that you want to support us with your purchase.
• If you forget to have your code scanned, just go to www.azzippizza.com/pot-of-dough-scan and submit a copy of your receipt to have it applied to our organization.

How does it work?

• 5% of your pre-tax food and beverage purchase will be donated directly back to the Terre Haute Area Meals on Wheels program. 
• Azzip’s Pot of Dough fundraiser for MOWTH also includes a chance for us to win a $10,000 grand prize OR one of five $1,000 prizes. 
• Between the 3 months of dining and scanning for us at Azzip Pizza significant impact at multiple organizations in our communities.
